ZC5841 Motor Tester

ZC5841 is a multi-channel stepper motor life test instrument. The stepper motor is controlled by pulse signals and converts the point pulse signals into corresponding angular displacement and linear displacement micromotors. It is widely used in printers and other office equipment and various Kind of control device. The stepper motor is different from the general motor. The stepper motor cannot rotate when connected to the power supply, and it only rotates a certain angle every time a point pulse is added. In addition, when changing the pulse frequency, the speed of the stepping motor also changes. In order to monitor the running status of the stepper motor in real time, the motor parameter measurement function is designed for the drive, and the operating parameters of the motor can be obtained in real time by monitoring the working voltage and working phase current of the motor to ensure the safe and stable operation of the motor.

Maximum number of connectable channels

There are 20 channels, divided into two groups. Channels 1~10 are one group, and channels 11~20 are another group.

The test parameters of each group can be set independently. The voltage of each channel can be automatically corrected.

20 channels of simultaneous monitoring, the test progress bar, countdown times, voltage,

Fault warning

The 20 LEDs on the panel display the location of the fault channel, and the cause of the fault is displayed on the screen at the same time.
