ZC5840 Motor Tester
Classification:
Key words:Electronic testing and measuring instruments
The ZC5840 micro motor tester is a test equipment for the life aging of motors, etc. The internal core chip is professionally used for off-axis moment of inertia (ERM) and linear resonant actuator (LRA) (with built-in library and intelligent control Eng) Haptic drive. This series of devices uses a special LRA control algorithm called automatic resonance tracking. Automatic resonance tracking uses the back-EMF of the LRA to monitor and track the resonance frequency. Later, it can use this resonant frequency information to drive the closed-loop LRA. Automatic resonance has many benefits and makes LRA fusion simple: the rotor vibration is stronger and more consistent, the power consumption of the resonance drive is lower, it has the ability of over-speed driving and LRA braking to obtain better response time, which is the current test The most suitable method for the motor. Compared with the previous method of measuring F0 with a sine wave, and then using the corresponding F0 value to de-age the motor, the method has improved a lot.
