ZC2882 Pulse Coil Tester

Coil products (such as transformers, motors, etc.) due to winding materials, magnetic materials, frameworks, processing technology and other factors will cause the insulation performance of the coil layer, turn and pin to drop. ZC2883/ZC2882 series impulse coil tester is a new generation of insulation performance tester for coil products developed by high-speed sampling technology, which can provide test solutions for most coil products. ZC2882 adopts a real-time comparison method. The instrument alternately applies impulse voltage with specified peak value and wavefront time to the DUT and standard parts of the same design. By comparing the difference between the two oscillating waveforms, the insulation between the coils can be judged. Good or bad.
