ZCAF/LK-001A speaker audio analyzer

ZCLK-001A Acoustic Laser Analyzer can test the performance parameters of electroacoustic products, including frequency response curve, impedance curve, harmonic distortion, intermodulation distortion, abnormal sound test, etc. Among them, the abnormal sound test is the weakness of the traditional test system. The so-called rub and buzz refers to the annoying noise generated when the speaker is tested with a sweep signal, which is caused by the nonlinearity of the system. The abnormal sound is mostly caused by the manufacturing defects of the speaker, such as loose diaphragm, loose coil, non-center diaphragm, coil friction, air leakage or other defects. These defects cause short pulses to have a sudden change in instantaneous energy, resulting in disturbing noises. The trained listener can distinguish the abnormal sound effectively, but it requires a lot of manpower and material resources, and hearing fatigue will reduce the accuracy of the test, so it is not suitable for product testing on the production line.

二 : DIS function test: use laser vibration status for analysis and monitoring

It can realize single-point and multi-point loudspeaker diaphragm position monitoring. Analyze the relationship between the product and the vibration displacement of the sound diaphragm under different input powers, and the vibration state of the diaphragm swing. Test the vibration symmetry of the loudspeaker's sound film and the consistency of the displacement at multiple points, and analyze the product's segmented vibration mode.

三:Acoustic function: MIC tests the loudspeaker's acoustic performance and pure tone and other parameters

四:The DC bias test function checks the impact of the product's voice coil position on performance under different positions

You can add a positive or negative DC ofiset to the speaker test signal, so that the voice coil position is positive or negative when the speaker is working. Test the bias voltage at both ends of the actual loudspeaker through voltage recovery, and test the bias displacement of the loudspeaker's sound film in real time through the laser. And test out the acoustic performance indicators under various offset displacements, including (FR, THDHOHD, pure tone) and other changing trends.
