Multi-channel speaker reliability test program

At present, the speaker aging life testers on the market are generally composed of a combination of signal source + power amplifier, which can no longer meet the increasingly stringent test requirements for product quality, and generally do not have the following test requirements and conditions:

1. Display the real-time current value of each speaker

2. Display the real-time voltage value of each speaker

3. Display the effective value of each speaker impedance

4. Display the real-time capacitance value of each speaker

5. The signal source cannot generate sine waves and square waves of various frequencies by itself

6. Can not accurately display the set aging test time, and can not record the state of the device under test (open circuit, short circuit or too low or too high impedance).

The above six points are the basic requirements that users must have! However, according to market surveys, usually domestic testers do not meet the above conditions!

The ZC1681B-D loudspeaker life tester is dedicated to multi-channel loudspeaker rated power test or maximum power test. The instrument has a Chinese/English operation interface (pre-determined before leaving the factory). The following functional tests can be completed:

1. Rated noise power

2. Rated sinusoidal power

3. Long-term maximum power (need to connect ZC6221 programmable noise signal/digital filter)

4. Short-term maximum power (need to connect ZC6221 programmable noise signal/digital filter)

5. Self-determined intermittent test

 During the test, it can automatically determine whether the speaker (or earphone) is disconnected. When there is a disconnection, ZC1681B-D will immediately display the disconnection time of the tested speaker, and stop the operation of the circuit at the same time. The rest of the roads that have not been disconnected will continue to test until there is a disconnection.

When all the channel speakers used are disconnected, even if the total test time is not reached, ZC1681B-D will automatically stop operating, and there will be a flashing reminder to inform the tester. During the test, the instrument displays the following data of the tested speaker in real time:

1. Real-time current value of each speaker

2. Real-time voltage value of each speaker

3. The resistance (impedance) value of each speaker (the above functions can be arbitrarily switched during the test)

4. Can check the aging test time of the product at any time

 After the electro-acoustic device under test is damaged, it can automatically cut off the signal and stop the test to avoid damage to the power amplifier. It can automatically and accurately control the on-off time of the test and record the state of the tested device.

During the test, the RS232 port on the back of the instrument can be connected to the computer, and the test results can be stored in the computer and can be recalled at any time.

In the event of a power failure, ZC1681B-D can continue to test the aging after the mains is restored.
